Q - Do you accept custom orders?
A - No. Because of the ever-changing nature of our colourways and labour intensive dyeing process, we are not able to take custom orders at this time. For a more detailed explaination please refer to this blog post.
Q - Are you accepting new wholesale accounts?
A - No. At present, we cannot accept any new accounts. We will likely never be able to take on regular wholesale accounts due to our labour intensive dyeing process. Again, for a more detailed explaination, please refer to this blog post.
Q - When is the next shop update?
A - The best way to stay informed of future shop updates is to sign up for my e mail newsletter (at the bottom of this page). There is no schedule for shop updates, they tend to happen when I have dyed enough yarn. I will always send out a newsletter before any update, and try my best to do this a week in advance.
Q - Can you show me exactly what is going to be in the next shop update?
A - No. I understand the desire to plan ahead when faced with the frenzy of a shop update. Previewing every item headed for a shop update would take so long that it would cut into dyeing time, meaning less yarn. I always do my best to share which bases will be available, rough quantities and a selection of colours before each update. Look to the newsletter, ravelry group, blog posts and Instagram for previews of each shop update.
Q -Is there a tracking number for my parcel?
A - Domestic (Canadian) parcels will automatically be sent with tracking. US and International parcels will not be tracked unless you contact me requesting tracking. Postal charges vary greatly depending on where you are; sometimes tracking is significantly more and sometimes not. If you would like to track your parcel, simply add a note to request tracking at checkout. If you would like to compare prices, please ask and we will be in touch with your options. Q - Can I buy your yarn in any bricks and mortar shops?
