Orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 5 business days of the order.

Shipping refunds will be sent within 7 business days of the order.

All Canadian parcels include tracking, but US and international parcels do not.

We will securely pack all orders and address them clearly. Please double check your address (both billing and shipping) before checking out.

While it is very rare, parcels do occasionally go missing. Choosing the tracked option at checkout is the only way to ensure that this does not happen. Please be aware that Viola is not responsible for the loss of untracked parcels, should this disastrous event occur.

The shipping prices in our shop are our very best estimates, not accurate prices from Canada Post. We will check your charges against the actual Canada Post charges after shipping, and send an adjustment if necessary

We combine shipping on all multiple orders placed within 24 hours. If you have placed multiple orders within 24 hours of each other during a shop update, you do not need to contact us. We will automatically combine all your orders into the same shipment, and send a refund for any extra shipping charges within 7 business days. If multiple orders are placed in greater than a 24 hour period, combined shipping cannot be guaranteed as the original package may already be packed (but we’ll try!) We aim to send your package and the shipping refunds within 5 business days of the sale but keep in mind that your order is processed by human beings from start to finish.

While we are happy to combine multiple orders, our software can sometimes be a little stubborn. Don't be alarmed if you receive a shipping notification for each individual order you have placed.

If you have placed multiple orders, you should expect a shipping refund. This will be sent after all of the orders have been shipped. Refunds are calculated based on the actual Canada Post charges and a small handling fee of 7%. We calculate refund amounts, and send refunds with our own hands (and a calculator of course). This is not an automated process and as a result it can take a couple of days. Please do not be alarmed if your shipping notification and refund are a few days apart.

Canadian Parcels:

Are always tracked via xpresspost. Shipping confirmation will contain tracking number and date of shipment.

International Parcels:

Options for small packet air (untracked) or tracked packet air are available at checkout. Shipping confirmation will contain tracking information if applicable.

Selecting the TRACKED option is the only way to guarantee your parcel will arrive safely. While it is very rare, untracekd parcels can go missing in the post. Viola is not responsible for the loss of these parcels, and will not be able to replace their contents.

Depending on the country and the weight and size of the package, the small packet could change to a parcel.

If air mail is not an option for the specified country, packages will be mailed via surface mail.
