Yarn arrives damaged or in poor condition.
Colour is drastically different from its photograph. We take great care to ensure that our images accurately represent each skein of yarn. If you are shopping on an alternate device, you will need to make allowances for images to appearing differently from what you are used to.

Each batch of yarn is unique. If you wish to make an exchange, there is no guarantee that the colour or batch you require will be available. You are encouraged to purchase the total amount of yarn required for your project at once to ensure that your skeins match.
